My approach as a therapist is grounded in a holistic and integrative framework, with a focus on healing childhood trauma, nurturing the inner child, and helping clients achieve personal growth and emotional well-being. As the assistant in your growth, I draw upon your expertise in addressing childhood traumas, and I emphasize systemic factors in my work, acknowledging how social, emotional, and environmental contexts shape mental health. I will tailor interventions to the client's unique needs, considering physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual beliefs. I encourage clients to recognize their innate capacity for healing. This could involve empowering them to make lifestyle changes, address both psychological and physical symptoms, potentially working through traumas and/or stress in a way that also considers their physical manifestation (e.g., chronic pain, fatigue).
